We collect standard, anonymous page analytics (which pages were viewed, when, on what kind of device). No advertising trackers, no data sales, no cookie banners because there is nothing to consent to.
The conversation is processed by our software (including an AI language model) to generate replies, and the transcript is stored so we can review demo quality and follow up with you. Text STOP at any time and messaging ends immediately. We never sell your number or share it with third parties beyond the service providers that deliver the messages.
Your patient list stays yours. We act as a processor: we use it solely to run the campaigns you approve, we filter to contacts with marketing consent on file, every message includes an opt-out, and we delete your data on request. Full data-processing terms are part of the service agreement you sign before any campaign runs.
